The app was not working properly and they redirect me to fix the issue. Working fine now

FYI this app only supports 1000 items. It isn't stated anywhere, so there's no way for you to know without asking. We have an extensive catalog with more than 10k items on preorder. The funny thing is that this app worked perfectly for us with that many items on pre-order for close to a year. Then - poof - overnight all of our settings/collections disappeared and the app stopped working. Contacted support and they're like, oh by the way, we only support 1000 items. Very frustrating experience, and such a waste of time. If you have less than a 1000 items that you want to offer on pre-order, this app will be great.

Love this app! Does exactly what I need it to do. When I had problems understanding how to do a more complex preorder, Saman did some research and fixed me right up. He answered lots of questions, all in a timely manner. Great app, great support!

We have both live chat (in the app's admin page), and email support for the app. Please reach out to us through those channels and we will fix issues if any on your store. We solve 9/10 issues in less than 1 hour, and the rest less than 24 hours, unless it's a feature request. In any case, please reach out to us we will solve issues.
