Sometime to now, the app it doesnst work. How can I solve it?
Hi, We are sorry to hear that. We have both live chat (in the app's admin page), and email support for the app. Please reach out to us through those channels and we will fix issues if any on your store. We solve 9/10 issues in less than 1 hour, and the rest less than 24 hours, unless it's a feature request. In any case, please reach out to us we will solve issues.

Absolute useless App, nothing works even though its all setup correctly. No customer support availabe on the weekends is a no go. Do not install this trash!

We checked with our customer support (both in-app chat and email) and unfortunately, we didn't get any inquiries from your shop. Also, our founders reached out to you over the weekend by email and social media to help fix the issue, but we didn't receive any messages. (client happiness is very important to us) We serve around 1000 shops and happy shop owners. Usually, if you can't see the preorder button on your shop, it's because of a minor setting that we would love to help you fix it. 😊 BTW, we think our app would be a perfect fit for European shop owners as we just added servers in Europe to help serve your customers faster 🚀 If you’re willing to give us another shot, we’d appreciate the opportunity to help you with the process. The worst app. Do not waste your time and money even. The app caused such a mess in both our stores ( we used it for 2 of our stores). It randomly put our items for pre-order. The support did not provide any reasonable explanations or solutions. Sometimes they just responded "That is very strange" to our extensive emails stating that the app is not doing its only job correctly. We requested a refund several times but did not receive it. Extremely disappointed.
Update: Victoria, the issue that you had been facing with the app is resolved. If you would like to give us one more chance, I will personally make sure that you are up and running in no time.
