Excellent app, which allowed us to charge customers a small part of the total amount immediately as part of a pre-launch and to charge the remaining amount in the future on a day defined in the app. Questions about the setting options were answered quickly, professionally and extremely politely. I am very satisfied with this app and the development team behind it. We will be implementing many more pre-launches with the help of this app.

PreProduct and their team have been our go-to Pre-Order app for a while now and it is very easy to use! It's straightforward with plenty of customization. Their customer service team is very prompt at replying to inquiries and the few times we've needed a hand, they've always come through with solutions to our questions. Great support, great app!

Really easy to use and we crowdfunded our product successfully with PreProduct! So much cheaper than Kickstarter too. Whenever I encountered technical problems, the customer service was fantastic and was able to assist in any troubleshooting. Communication via email was easy.

This app is perfect for what my business needed. It was hard to find an app that would allow me to defer capturing payments until a specified time. The support team is also great. I'll be using PreProduct for all of my future product pre-orders.

Their service is great!! I was having problems with the app (no one else was in our organization) and contacted their service team. Got a response very quickly, went back and forth trying different option with no luck. Finally, we determined that Chrome needed to be updated on my computer. Was never a problem with the app and they helped me solve it in a very short time!! Kudos to the PreProduct support team!!!

Pre-product went above and beyond to help integrate this app with another essential app on my store, their customer service was excellent- not only spent hours integrating the new app, but also kept me in the loop and contacted me regularly. Additionally the app is brilliant, is exactly what my business needs and gives the ability to keep customers informed without hassle.

This plugin was exactly whet we needed for our pre orders. The one issue was it didn't interact with our engraving plugin. With just a few emails they were able to add the needed variables to pas the information to our order page. Very happy with the interaction and the product.

We recently added PreProduct to our store so that we can start accepting deposits for items we are awaiting stock on. The app was easy to install. The communication and support is fantastic. We needed some small changes to the way the product buttons looked on the site and Oli was able to make these changes for us. Would recommend this app if you are looking to accept preorders and deposits for your site.
