PreProduct pre‑order

Top 3 best Shopify apps I've ever tried. Oli has been incredibly helpful, and my experience with PreProduct has been amazing so far. I can definitely recommend this app.

This app provides the necessary mechanisms to setup your store in a way that mimics crowdfunding platforms which allow pre-orders to be received and charged at a later date. The help requests are always adhered to very quickly. Oli is great to work with and will look after you with any of your concerns. Whilst I'm yet to launch officially and see it work, so far the setup and service has been great.

We love this app and it has been amazing for us. We've had no major issues and things run smoothly. When we had a small problem, Oli was super quick to get to us and helped us resolve the problem quickly. Highly recommend using this app if your shop does pre-orders.

We needed some customisation done for our website. Oli was very generous in creating a bespoke solution to our problems.

We had some unusual and very specific needs which the app did not support. However, the support team was committed to helping us come up with a solution and invested many hours in support. The support team helped us develop a creative solution and we are successfully using the PreProduct to collect deposits for wholesale orders.

I believe this is the best app to correct downpayment, and what I love most about this app is the customer support.

This app worked very well for two new product introductions by my company. The support I needed was quickly provided via email.

Excellent app, which allowed us to charge customers a small part of the total amount immediately as part of a pre-launch and to charge the remaining amount in the future on a day defined in the app. Questions about the setting options were answered quickly, professionally and extremely politely. I am very satisfied with this app and the development team behind it. We will be implementing many more pre-launches with the help of this app.

PreProduct and their team have been our go-to Pre-Order app for a while now and it is very easy to use! It's straightforward with plenty of customization. Their customer service team is very prompt at replying to inquiries and the few times we've needed a hand, they've always come through with solutions to our questions. Great support, great app!

Really easy to use and we crowdfunded our product successfully with PreProduct! So much cheaper than Kickstarter too. Whenever I encountered technical problems, the customer service was fantastic and was able to assist in any troubleshooting. Communication via email was easy.

This app is perfect for what my business needed. It was hard to find an app that would allow me to defer capturing payments until a specified time. The support team is also great. I'll be using PreProduct for all of my future product pre-orders.

Their service is great!! I was having problems with the app (no one else was in our organization) and contacted their service team. Got a response very quickly, went back and forth trying different option with no luck. Finally, we determined that Chrome needed to be updated on my computer. Was never a problem with the app and they helped me solve it in a very short time!! Kudos to the PreProduct support team!!!
