I had been looking for an app to launch a new product, allowing me to get cash up front to pay for the production as much as possible. This one fit the bill perfectly, the UI is clean and easy and it does the job. Any tweaks I had, were answered fast and resolved by Oli to allow minimum disruption. Highly recommended this app for new launches. Would be even better if you could do offers on the pre orders and or choose different variants for more than 1 selection.

This app has enabled us to integrate Shopify preorders with our legacy ERP. The ability to defer charging customers for preordered items until we are ready to ship is an amazing feature. We also love the feature that allows customers to manage their order's preorders themselves. Another great feature of this app is the ability to prevent preorder items from being mixed into carts with non-preorder items. Lastly, the best part of PreProduct is their amazing support!!

This app provides the necessary mechanisms to setup your store in a way that mimics crowdfunding platforms which allow pre-orders to be received and charged at a later date. The help requests are always adhered to very quickly. Oli is great to work with and will look after you with any of your concerns. Whilst I'm yet to launch officially and see it work, so far the setup and service has been great.

We love this app and it has been amazing for us. We've had no major issues and things run smoothly. When we had a small problem, Oli was super quick to get to us and helped us resolve the problem quickly. Highly recommend using this app if your shop does pre-orders.

Amazing high quality app, that does everything it's supposed to do without any glitches. I have to say the absolute best thing about this app though is the support! I've had many questions, across many emails and they were all answered beyond expectations; and in a timely manner. I literally had 5 replies, and a small customization done before another app could even reply 1 time to me, for one simple question. Oh, and even one of the co-founders was helping me via email. Can't ask for more support than that! I look forward to using this app for years to come, and helping grow our business with it.

We had some unusual and very specific needs which the app did not support. However, the support team was committed to helping us come up with a solution and invested many hours in support. The support team helped us develop a creative solution and we are successfully using the PreProduct to collect deposits for wholesale orders.
