Priyanka and her team are amazing. I'm new to shopify and I discovered SB Prescription Eye Lens App folks offer the same excellent care I've received from Shopify Support. Most of my issues are - not knowing where to look for a feature or an option. And when I've need a tweak or solution to a problem - it is ALWAY sorted out. I wasted days playing with 'lesser' apps and spent way too much time cleaning up code fragments and dodgy apps. Then I found this app and I've not looked back. If you are on the fence, or researching - I can honestly tell you, ChatGPT & Sidekick both pointed in the right direction with this app - so here I am pointing you the same way. We have been using this app for the past couple of days, and it has been producing a positive experience for us every time. The support services of Priyanka and her team have been simply outstanding, proactive, and always ready with assistance. When a recent platform update brought about some changes to the overall look of the store, which we had not foreseen, the team acted immediately when we brought it to their notice. Had some issues with the button not showing according to the Shopify team, contacted their support team and Jay help me in a really responsive time. Even though I'm not IT based(no knowledge in coding), Jay still help me out step by step to resolve the issue. The team was very efficient and helpful. The apps are also very easy to setup. Great job on the apps.

I’ve been using the SB Prescription Eye Lens app for our store, and it has been a wonderful experience. The lens flow is smooth, clean, and very user-friendly. Adding prescription details, choosing lens types, and uploading prescriptions is extremely easy for customers. What impressed me even more was the excellent support from their team. A special thanks to Priyanka, who guided me through the entire setup process with patience and clarity. Her assistance made everything much easier and faster to implement. Overall, the app works perfectly, and the customer support is outstanding. Highly recommended!

We've had a great experience with this app so far, after using it for a few months. Priyanka and the team has been really helpful and has had open and responsive communication to help with the set up and any issues we've had. The platform was updated recently and this changed the theme, which we weren't aware of, but when we noticed and voiced the issue with Priyanka, the team was super efficient in updating our store to ensure it kept to our branding/offering, which was really appreciated.

The Eye Lens App has truly made managing prescription products on my Shopify store much easier. It lets me create custom RX forms, handle left and right eye options, and even upload prescriptions directly from customers. I can also set separate products for left and right eyes in the cart, which is super convenient. The app also supports multi-language translations, allows saving and reusing RX options, and gives full control over form customization and theme, so it fits perfectly with my store’s look. I especially appreciate that there are no commissions taken on sales. The support team is excellent — Priyanka guided me step by step whenever I had questions, and they were very responsive, ensuring everything worked perfectly. Overall, it’s a flexible, reliable, and feature-rich app for anyone selling prescription lenses. It has helped me streamline my workflow and enhance the customer experience. Highly recommend!

I’m really happy with this lens app! It allows customers to upload prescriptions (JPEG, PNG, PDF) or use the manual prescription form, which is very convenient. You can create unlimited custom RX options like Axis, Sphere, Cylinder, and more. I also like that the app lets you add prescription options to specific products or all products. Customers can set single or both eye RX and even buy separate lens quantities for each eye, which is super useful. The prescription flow is easy to customize with multiple steps, lens inputs, and add-ons. I had a question about theme compatibility and the rule section, and Priyanka from the support team helped me really well — much appreciated! Overall, a great app that makes selling lenses online much easier.

Customers can easily enter their prescription details during checkout, which saves us a lot of back-and-forth emails and makes the buying process much smoother. It’s given our website a more professional, optician-level feel and has definitely improved customer confidence when ordering online. Support from the team has also been excellent – quick to respond and helpful whenever we’ve had questions about configuration.
