I had very positive experience with SB prescription eye lens customer service, Jay was very helpful responsive and professional throughout he understood my requests clearly and made the required changes quickly, I am very happy with the support I received and would gladly recommend their service.
Great app and easy to configure! I initially had some confusion about how to add different lens colors, but the support team explained the process clearly and helped me set it up. Once I understood that the lens colors needed to be added as variants to the add-on product, everything was straightforward. The app is easy to use and works well for configuring eyewear options. The support team was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an easy-to-use eyewear configuration solution!

Priyanka and her team are amazing. I'm new to shopify and I discovered SB Prescription Eye Lens App folks offer the same excellent care I've received from Shopify Support. Most of my issues are - not knowing where to look for a feature or an option. And when I've need a tweak or solution to a problem - it is ALWAY sorted out. I wasted days playing with 'lesser' apps and spent way too much time cleaning up code fragments and dodgy apps. Then I found this app and I've not looked back. If you are on the fence, or researching - I can honestly tell you, ChatGPT & Sidekick both pointed in the right direction with this app - so here I am pointing you the same way.
