PDQ has been an awesome partner and has unlocked some really incredible CRO wins with a material impact on our average revenue per user and overall profitability. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their DTC performance!

PDQ has been our right-hand partner for any revenue-driving or customer experience ideas at checkout. They move fast on every request and consistently bring new ideas and solutions we hadn’t even considered. We saw ROI quickly and they’ve helped us automate processes and build tools that give us much better visibility into our data and checkout experience. Appreciate their focus on the full checkout and shipping operation. Many other digital partners over-index on UI and overlook the operational side. Our CSM, Zack Hechtman, is so easy to work with and is both proactive and quick to tackle any crazy idea we have. Highly recommend!

Very detailed and thorough partner for AB testing checkout, shipping, tracking, and overall theme. The analytics that PDQ dives into are far more meaningful and impactful than other AB testing partners we have worked with in the past. Really recommend!

PDQ has become one of our most trusted tools. What sets them apart is their team and their approach. Meital and Adi feel like genuine extensions of our own team, proactive with ideas, always testing, and available around the clock. They understand the real pain points Shopify merchants face and have built something that genuinely addresses them. Their emphasis on A/B testing has been invaluable, helping us make smarter decisions and continuously improve our checkout experience. There aren't many tools we'd trust our checkout with. PDQ is one of them.

Solid Shopify checkout testing partner PDQ fills a real gap - native A/B testing inside Shopify checkout is hard, and PDQ makes it possible. We've used it at Audien Hearing for header, social proof, and trust signal tests. Our CSM, Meital Wiederhorn, has been excellent. She stays close to our tests, follows up proactively, and jumps in quickly when issues come up. Recommended for Shopify Plus brands serious about checkout CRO.

We’ve had a great experience with PDQ so far. We've seen some good results, but what really stands out is how easy they are to work with. Communication has been clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. One thing I especially appreciate is that the team doesn’t come across as overly “salesy,” which is refreshing compared to a lot of other partners in this space. They focus on what actually works and how to improve performance, rather than pushing unnecessary features or upsells. Overall, PDQ has been a valuable partner for us, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their onsite performance and testing strategy.

Shady shady shady. The recommendations that the team at PDQ made throughout our engagement were deceptive to customers and didn't adhere to the standards my team and I operate with. When we moved forward with removing their extensions from our site, the company went over my head and reached out to our CFO and co-founders to "tattle" on us for doing so, leading with fear-based tactics about how much money we were leaving on the table. This is a terrible practice, and even if you disagree with what we're doing, never an acceptable way to keep a client. I recommend staying as far away as possible.
We're sorry this was your experience. Nothing we recommend at PDQ is meant to be deceptive. On the contrary, we strongly encourage all our partners to test every initiative before full implementation to properly assess its impact and avoid biased or incorrect assumptions. Every test and implementation was grounded in Blueprint's empirical data and deployed with your team's review and approval. During the time PDQ was active on your site, we consistently delivered a significant positive impact on revenue, as clearly reflected in your own store performance data. Despite repeated attempts, we were unable to reach anyone via our dedicated Slack channel or email over the past four months. When we noticed that shipping methods, upsells, and dynamic product reviews had been removed over the last three weeks, we reached out immediately across all channels to flag the significant drop in conversion and revenue. After not hearing back from the team, we escalated to Blueprint's CFO and co-founders. This wasn't done lightly. The performance drop was sharp and required immediate attention, and given how closely we had been working with your management team from day one, we felt a responsibility to make sure it was flagged. We respect the way each team chooses to operate. We appreciate the time we worked together and genuinely wish you and your team the best.

PDQ has been an excellent partner for our growing business. Their customer support team is responsive and genuinely helpful, with Slack support that makes communication fast and easy. They don’t just react to issues—they offer ideas and proactive planning to help set brands up for success. PDQ is the best shipping software we’ve found that allows us to add and accurately ship unlimited SKUs as we scale, while making it incredibly easy to manage shipping and checkout options. Integrations with our store and customer service portal were quick and seamless. They’re constantly improving the platform to make things better for our team—and most importantly, for our customers. We’ve seen steady improvements in both CVR and AOV since implementing it. The team has also been responsive and clear in their communication, which has made setup and ongoing adjustments straightforward. Overall, it’s been a practical addition to our optimization toolkit.

Great product, super strong team. We've been able to make some material wins on a/b incrementality tests that are dropping meaningful dollars to the bottom line. Tech is great - and this comes from someone who doesn't like SaaS providers in general.
