The premise of PDQ is really simple: test the snot out of the most valuable chokepoint for any e-commerce business, the checkout. Test user reviews, shipping options, delivery promises, upsells, cross sells, etc. Why PDQ over others? -They are maniacally focused on checkout. Also checkout. And if you ask, checkout. -They pull ideas from what they are testing with other clients. You’re onboarding a testing agency disguised as an app. -They will do the work FOR YOU. No developers needed. For small teams like ours, this was a critical differentiator. It’s like the classic definition of Modern Art: Modern art = I could have done that + Yeah, but you didn’t Stop saying to yourself that you’ll get to it, install their app, and get to testing.
