We can’t recommend PDQ enough. We were looking for a way to level up delivery and really up our delivery experience. The PDQ team dialed up our revenues in a few different ways. Possibly the most impactful was enabling express shipping to our California customers, then helping us make that express option more desirable to increase its selection. California is our biggest and most loyal customer segment and they absolutely love getting their goods super-quickly. The effect this had on our shipping profits has been huge. Lastly, PDQ helped us connect our store to show UPS access points in our checkout, enabling us to offer a pickup option to customers instead of shipping to their doorstep. PrettyDamnQuick has been a godsend for our team. We found PDQ at a time when we were migrating our website to Shopify. We really needed a checkout tool to get control over our delivery options and get the best conversion rate for the new Shopify setup. We particularly love how PDQ helps us get around some limiting Shopify defaults. For example, PDQ prevents Shopify from duplicating shipping prices together from multiple locations, which was confusing customers and losing us sales. PDQ also makes in-store pickup available to local orders, even for multi-origin shipments which our customers love. It’s also great for setting up live carrier rates with special pricing rules. The rules depend on things like specific orders and/or shipping locations. We were amazed at how quickly they turned something really complicated into a plan and system that’s simple for our team to manage.
