We were looking at building a product that does something similar to this. This takes a lot of the leg work out of price scanning competitors. They have added functions to the system that weren't previously available to accommodate the systems and processes I have in my business. I cannot recommend these guys enough. One of the main benefits is once all your products are uploaded, the app brings all the competitors to you rather than having to manually find and input. You can also fine tune by manually uploading competitors so you get the best of both worlds. You need to spend a bit of time to tidy up the data of what you don't need, but this is to be expected. Like I say, the key is having all the data there in the first place. There was a very slight issue I had with initial set up but this was very quickly rectified when I contacted the support team.
