Finally found a form app that does exactly what I needed! The form pops up on button click, even with my custom out-of-stock button! and the integration was super easy, didn't even need to write code. Customer support is crazy fast and really helpful. Perfect for a small business like ours!

I discovered this app after trying several different form builders on Shopify, and I have to say — this one truly stands out.
