Finally found a form app that does exactly what I needed! The form pops up on button click, even with my custom out-of-stock button! and the integration was super easy, didn't even need to write code. Customer support is crazy fast and really helpful. Perfect for a small business like ours!

I discovered this app after trying several different form builders on Shopify, and I have to say — this one truly stands out. Everything connects easily, the setup is intuitive, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flexible it is. You can attach a form to any button and have it open in a pop-up without any complicated setup — it just works. I’m still in the process of building my website, but this app has already become a core tool in my workflow. I’ll definitely be creating many more forms in the future. The support team is also excellent — quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it’s a great example of how a well-designed app can make your work both easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Fabulous app. I was looking for a form that was able to apply conditional logic on the success page and Primy is the only one I found that can do it. Plus, the support is outstanding. Mike walked me through the steps to make sure my form looked exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommended form builder!!

Just started using the app to create application form. I love the versatility of the form builder and how easy it is to integrate. I had problem and used the chat feature to get help, and was immediately talking to someone and was able to get a resolution. So far app is everything I was looking for in form builder.

Its great, the templates are easy and customizable. Its the 3rd field form i've tested and i'm sticking with them.

Amazing app! I have tried many different form builders but this one was so easy and fast. No bugs or small issues like there usually are on other apps. Quick support, got answer within 5 minutes in the livechat

Best Form App i ever had :D Its in a very modern design and its also very easy to use and setup. I hope this app reaches more people because its the best alternative for customs forms instead of the normal contact form on Shopify! Much appreciation.

App fantastica! Molto semplice da usare e, anche nella versione gratuita, si ha un’ampia scelta di contenuti da inserire. Assistenza notevole, ti aiuta passo passo in alcune difficoltà che si possono avere (nel mio caso, mi hanno aiutato a risolvere una cosa per mia inesperienza), quindi doppiamente apprezzato.
