Die App ist wirklich top. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Support. Wir hatten am Anfang ein paar technische Schwierigkeiten und haben daraufhin den Support kontaktiert. Uns wurde super schnell geantwortet, das Problem wurde gefunden und direkt ein Update eingespielt. Jetzt läuft alles einwandfrei. Ich denke, nicht nur die Funktionen einer App machen viel aus, sondern auch, wie bei Problemen reagiert wird. Hier würde ich ganz klar sogar 10 Sterne vergeben. Denn genau dann, wenn mal ein Problem auftritt, bringt einem die beste App nichts, wenn der Support nicht erreichbar ist oder nicht hilft. An dieser Stelle ein großes Lob an das Team. Ich kann die App nur weiterempfehlen.
Warning for Shopify store owners My experience with Primy AI has been extremely disappointing. I spent over 30 minutes building a form, only to have my account flagged and my form restricted. When I contacted support, I was asked questions about who my customers are and who I'm communicating with. I've used Shopify form builders for years and have never been asked for this kind of information. The whole situation felt invasive and unnecessary for a simple form-building app. I couldn't find any clear explanation upfront about why this information was needed or why my account was flagged. Maybe there's a legitimate reason for their review process, but the lack of transparency left me with serious concerns about privacy and how customer information is handled. Based on my experience, I won't be using this app again and would recommend other Shopify users do their research before installing it. 1/5

We do not request access to customer lists or private customer data. The questions asked by our team are solely intended to verify the nature of a store’s business and ensure compliance with Shopify’s policies and industry best practices. I tested several form builder apps before choosing this one, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Not only is the monthly pricing very reasonable, but the level of customization available is outstanding. Our website required multiple form types, each routing submissions to different email recipients, and this app handled those needs seamlessly. The flexibility in form design and functionality made implementation incredibly easy. What truly sets this app apart, however, is the support team. Their response times are incredibly fast, and they went above and beyond to help with custom CSS, custom class names, and troubleshooting to ensure our forms were functioning perfectly on the site. Excellent product, excellent support, and excellent value. Highly recommended — 12/10.
I rarely leave reviews, but this app honestly exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a form builder capable of handling more advanced and personalized customer flows, and this app turned out to be EXACTLY what I needed. I was able to create fully bilingual forms with conditional fields that appear based on my customers’ answers, which is incredibly useful for my business. The flexibility is impressive. I can create forms for specific pages/triggers and choose whether they appear as inline forms, pop-ups, or floating forms depending on the situation. This has allowed me to better organize and target customer requests, which will also help me build smarter AI automated replies and improve my customer service workflow. What impressed me even more was the customer support. Their live chat support is genuinely excellent — fast responses, useful answers, and real help from people who actually understand the product. Special thanks to Mike! Considering everything this app can do, the pricing is honestly very reasonable if you need more features like I did. It feels like a premium tool without the premium price tag. Highly recommended.

Very scammy and misleading marketing. They show "Free" instead of "Free plan available"on the app store and then charge for simple things like allowing form entries be submitted to shopify customer. Deleted!
I have just installed the app and everything works fine, the forms is quite nice you can edit like you want, add AI or do everything from scratch. The service is amazing, i needed help and Mike fixed the issue for me in fast as a shark. Really glad for the team behind it and everything is amazing. Great app and the team behind it too is stunning great. Thanks a lot, really recommend this app for all who wants great forms and so on. Thumbs up guys.

Fast service, looks great, easy to use. For more advanced changes you need to know some CSS coding, but you could also ask customer service and they will help you. Good product so far. April 2026

This app is awesome! The features are great and easy to use, plus the support team is always there to help. Was looking for a forms app in Shopify that has a wide range of customization options and an easy to use editor that fits my needs. The developers are also really helpful and responds fast to an questions. Would really recommend!
I was online all day with Shopify trying to fix several issues on a new third party theme, one being a problem with a built-in contact form that I was told could not be deleted. Captcha was not working on it and I was being inundated with hundreds of bot emails. I had installed Primy earlier that day and after being told over and over by Shopify that the old contact form could not be deleted, only hidden, I could not accept that as an answer. I reached out to Primy to see if we could make sure their form was the only one on my shop. Sure enough... they were able to help me out and solved my problem in minutes!

Not only do I love this app, I also hold the team behind it in the highest regard. The app answers all of my needs. When I first installed it, I needed a feature that was not available. I asked the Primy team about it, and in less than a week they built exactly what I needed and I was able to implement an important customer intake form that I needed quickly in super fast time. The form is beautifully designed, integrates easily into my brand look and feel, and from the email I just received, it looks like they added new features that will integrate these forms into my workflow even better now!
