This app is awesome! The features are great and easy to use, plus the support team is always there to help. Furthermore, I discussed their roadmap, and what they will be releasing soon will set them far apart from the other form apps available on Shopify. (I've tried them all.) A+ from a happy customer. Keep up the good work!

I was online all day with Shopify trying to fix several issues on a new third party theme, one being a problem with a built-in contact form that I was told could not be deleted. Captcha was not working on it and I was being inundated with hundreds of bot emails. I had installed Primy earlier that day and after being told over and over by Shopify that the old contact form could not be deleted, only hidden, I could not accept that as an answer. I reached out to Primy to see if we could make sure their form was the only one on my shop. Sure enough... they were able to help me out and solved my problem in minutes!

Not only do I love this app, I also hold the team behind it in the highest regard. The app answers all of my needs. When I first installed it, I needed a feature that was not available. I asked the Primy team about it, and in less than a week they built exactly what I needed and I was able to implement an important customer intake form that I needed quickly in super fast time. The form is beautifully designed, integrates easily into my brand look and feel, and from the email I just received, it looks like they added new features that will integrate these forms into my workflow even better now! Thank you Mike and team!

mit der KI ist das einfach nur oberschnell. Ich liebes es! Selten so ein durchdachtes und anwendungstarkes Tool gesehen. Ich hatte vorher 2 andere Anbieter ausprobiert, die waren nicht gut. Ganz klar eine Empfehlung. wer es nicht macht ist selbst dran schuld.

Amazing support! I had an issue where my form’s file upload field was limiting uploads to 2MB even though my plan supported larger sizes. The support team responded extremely fast and fixed the problem right away. Their customer service was outstanding and very professional. Highly recommended!

I purchased the app yesterday and had my first form built in about 30 minutes. The process was very straightforward and intuitive. I was impressed from the start with how robust the app is when it comes to designing a form. I did run into an issue with getting the app bound to a particular button in a shared rich-text section and it really stymied me for a while. Finally, I reached out to Primy support and a short time later, Mike responded to my inquiry. We did a little bit of back-and-forth and found it wasn't a problem with Primy, it was a limitation in Shopify. After a short bit of fiddling with CSS, he helped me arrive at an easy solution to that problem. The reason why I chose Primy was because of the glowing reviews I read here, so I'm adding mine. It really is a good productivity and information gathering tool and the support is excellent. Just do it. :)

I've been looking for a form builder that fits all our needs for a while now. Then we found Primy AI and I’m impressed by its overall performance. One of the standout features of this app is how lightweight it is. It doesn’t slow down my website at all, unlike other form builders that can sometimes cause performance issues. Also the interface is by far the easiest I’ve come across for building forms. The drag-and-drop functionality is incredibly intuitive. The app is frequently updated with new features and improvements, which is always a great sign! Also the customer support team is outstanding! They are quick to respond, friendly, and always ready to assist with any issues. I’ve had a few questions along the way, and they’ve resolved them in no time.

Finally found a form app that does exactly what I needed! The form pops up on button click, even with my custom out-of-stock button! and the integration was super easy, didn't even need to write code. Customer support is crazy fast and really helpful. Perfect for a small business like ours!

IF YOU NEED A FORM WITH FILES UPLOAD POSSIBILITY, THIS IS THE APP! Mike and his team offered me top support in solving my problem with the theme integration! the form is highly customizable and instead of making 1000 steps, the built-in AI will help you make it in seconds. DEFINETLY RECOMMEND IT!

Forget needing a Shopify coder when you have this app, their support team and the app is amazing all the way around! Save the $$$$ and wasted time waiting for your website to be fixed. They will help you quickly and efficiently! Also, you will probably learn a few things about your website and app you didn't know before. Literally amazing app support!

I discovered this app after trying several different form builders on Shopify, and I have to say — this one truly stands out. Everything connects easily, the setup is intuitive, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flexible it is. You can attach a form to any button and have it open in a pop-up without any complicated setup — it just works. I’m still in the process of building my website, but this app has already become a core tool in my workflow. I’ll definitely be creating many more forms in the future. The support team is also excellent — quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it’s a great example of how a well-designed app can make your work both easier and more enjoyable.
