Wonderful app for my art - floral art and fashion art website store zoeattwood.com Mike from Primy fabulous patient and great live support to guide on form creation that works beautifully. Thank you! Highly recommended app! . I look forward to thumbnail imagery option

I’ve tried a few form builders for my Shopify store, but Primy has been the smoothest by far. Setting up custom forms took me less than 10 minutes no coding at all. I love how flexible it is. I created a product inquiry form and a bulk order form that both match my store’s design perfectly. The conditional logic feature is a game changer, and the integration with Google Sheets keeps everything organized. Definitely Primy is a apps that makes your store feel more professional without any stress.

Michael from Primy Form was extremely responsive and helpful. He quickly guided me through the captcha issue and made the process so easy to understand. Really appreciate his support!

Fabulous app. I was looking for a form that was able to apply conditional logic on the success page and Primy is the only one I found that can do it. Plus, the support is outstanding. Mike walked me through the steps to make sure my form looked exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommended form builder!!

Just started using the app to create application form. I love the versatility of the form builder and how easy it is to integrate. I had problem and used the chat feature to get help, and was immediately talking to someone and was able to get a resolution. So far app is everything I was looking for in form builder.

我觉得很好用，并且设置非常简单，期待会有更多的模板和可自定义功能。收费我觉得也很合理，我会考虑购买

An excellent app with outstanding support. The team is not only responsive and helpful but also open to suggestions and future improvements. Highly recommended!

App fantastica! Consiglio vivamente.
