Very nice App but its a bit expensive for the customer specially the shipping fees worldwide. and I noticed the new product been added but it ship to certain countries but not in Middle East.. I have suggest Can you add Printing on fabrics too it would be viral..

The products are terrific. Anything I've managed to produce to completion has arrived top quality, on time, and looking fabulous. It's the design interface I can't figure out. I've wasted more time loading and reloading, deleting designs and starting over, sifting through help sections and not finding what I need to know - the online chat seems to be in a completely different time zone than I am. Today's dilemma has been a simple t-shirt design that will NOT let me add to store because the 'interior print has low contrast.' I have gone all the way back to redesign the actual graphic to bold the logo, in white, but it will not recognize that it's ok. There is no greater contrast that white on black! Which wouldn't be a problem if there was a bypass option. But there's not. I find the entire design interface to be cumbersome, slow as heck, and ambiguous. Compared to other online design platforms I've used (Vistaprint comes to mind), Printful's does not compare at all. I'm looking at options. Which is a shame because I really like the company and the products.

Alles sehr einfach zu handeln. Übersichtlich und verständlich. Super Support. Allerdings relativ langsam. Das Hinzufügen von Varianten ist auch umständlich.

VERY buggy. Have to repeat publishing to store several times. Browser keeps crashing. Pages hang. Horrible on some days.

Seems like there is no (or low) quality control. Sample products arrived with ink errors, faded prints, and misalignment issues. Make sure you demand all your orders to customers get MANUALLY checked because the default QC process in place is not satisfactory. Once reported, customer service was quick to reprocess and re-ship, but they could have saved both themselves and me time and money with proactive quality control.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We do have a multiple-step quality control process in place, but mistakes can happen as they are done manually. We're always trying to improve this and make sure we get as close as possible to zero mistakes in our fulfillment process. And we'll be reviewing the details you shared with our fulfillment team so they can better see where we might have some gaps we need to improve.🧡

Wide-Leg Joggers for 38€ + digitalization + blablabla. It's good quality yes, but it's not Prada. Beyond expensive.

stock issues drive me bananas. Also certain items are not available. I don't want to have two different partners. i want to keep things simple. So I may switch altogether. Printify has nicer totebags. their cards don't have ugly codes on the back of them (a complete dealbreaker). I kind of don't like their scattered vendor options, it seems complicated whereas Printful keeps it simple. But I'm still considering switching over before I become too invested in Printful.

I've used Printful for a week now. Here is my feedback: - You won't get rich of your t-shirts unless you mark up the price by x3 or x4 = Meaning selling at $60 or $80 (somehow after they're done charging you for shipping and taxes, etc, you'll be left with nothing.) - The website to create the t-shirts and designs, is glitchy and backward. - I ordered some of my own shirts to check the quality, I'm in Canada, but somehow they are now shipping from Europe. Go figure. I could go on and on... I wonder if the execs/CEO are actually using their own system. They should.

Updated Review: Certain things don't work properly and often you don't know of the problem. You just get no business. I wish you could talk to a person live. Integration with Shopify is great except when you cannot figure out where a problem is coming from, that is, is it Printful or Shopify? If you aren't computer literate, if you can't afford ruining your hands with RSI's like me, it can be maddening. That being said, the made to order feature is the only way this store is possible. But so far, I've only bought for myself and some friends. One customer (a friend) purchased something. If I can find someone to handle advertising and fixing all these maddening glitches, it would be great. Similar businesses have made fortunes. But right now, this business is and always has been, a loss. It should be a success but without someone to handle and fix glitches, like for example, the 10 percent discount which is showing up when you go to my site, but doesn't work currently and which I just found out and could be the reason that no one buys from my store. AGAIN, I need telephone support because I cannot afford to aggravate the carpal tunnel syndrome for which I've managed to avoid surgery. Sorry for receptiveness etc. But hands are going numb. Older 4 store review (not oldest one or 2 store review) I wish they had phone support and they are a bit pricey... But then not having an inventory makes up for that. They have improved a bit over time making synchronization to a store a bit easier.
