Impossible to deal with them. Way too many shipping issues and they always find an excuse not to send a replacement or issue a refund even though the deadlines have long surpassed the date given, even when the label is the issue which they create. They will always find a way not to help. You are left with angry customers bashing your store because of the greed and incompetence of Printful. They are awful and I am now replacing all my prints. Trust me just don't do it.

It's our goal to provide the best quality services and although shipping issues can happen, it shouldn't be a regular occurrence. We were able to find your on-going communication with us and see that our customer support agent is already in touch with our Shipping team to get more info about the package. We absolutely get how frustrating it can be to wait for a solution, especially in such situations, but we want to do what we can to ensure that such errors don't repeat and the delivery is successful for the reshipment. It works great! Syncing of products is fast and orders are quickly picked up by Printful from Shopify. So far, I haven't had any issues.

I've ordered a number of samples trying different print and t-shirt options and they have all been poor quality prints, which is very disappointing as the Printful app and service is easily the best to use.

After having installed several other apps that do print on demand, Printful is by far the most user friendly interface. While other UX's in this category are very clunky and not intuitive, there is a logical progression through every step in the design process here. I use this app for a few of my Shopify Plus stores and my only complaint is that I will get customers that send me photos of crooked design placements (and yes, our print files were placed squarely within the guideline) or print that comes off after a few washes. All in all, this app is a great way to test demand with no upfront cost. Great work overall. As with any project like this, there is always some improvement still to be done.

Very high quality service. The only issues in my case are shipping time in Italy, too many days... and the creation of variants in the Design Editor can be better.

The current situation in the world still has greatly affected the shipping times, and while we see some improvements, some shipments can take a bit longer to be delivered as well. We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but once they're handed over to the carriers, it's up to their sorting center capacity because carrier and postal operations are separate entities from our own. We hope that soon these shipping delays will decrease. We truly appreciate your patience during this time!

I've just finished completing my first order and I will admit, it was not that straight forward to setup the fulfillment details. Additionally, the fulfillment process identified Latvia as the closest location??? I'm in the US and it sounds like I will be waiting a while for this. I am doing this order for myself to test the service before fully opening my shop so I'm concerned that I might need to find another service if the order is greatly delayed.

Please note that the item you chose can be fulfilled only in two of our facilities - Latvia and the UK. You can see this information in the product catalog under the Availability tab for this product. While we do our best to offer all of our products in all our facilities, it depends on the suppliers available in the area. Thank you for understanding. The fulfillment process for this order has already started, so we hope to ship it out as soon as possible. As you noted, the delivery speed for international orders may take time but we are working with different carriers to ensure the fastest delivery possible. You can always track the order via the tracking link when the package is sent out. Fast production and shipping! My 1 complaint is that there joggers run small. The XL is more like a large. I also wish they had tapered joggers. my customers really want that style

Super teuer, super langer Versand, super schlechte Bedienung, für uns ist das hier die reinste Zeitverschwendung. Die Preise zu finden und die Artikel zu erstellen ist sehr langwierig. Es ist nicht erkennbar was ein Artikel am Ende kosten wird. Die empfohlene Kalkulation der Verkaufspreise ist ein schlechter Witz. Wenn man die Preisempfehlungen befolgt wird jeder Verkäufer Geld verlieren. Dieser App oder besser dieser genaze Shop ist für niemanden zu empfehlen. Soetwas haben wir noch nicht erlebet. Sorry das wir das so schreiben müssen, aber das könnt Ihr mit den Kunden nicht machen. Wir drucken selbst Handyhüllen und das was Ihr hier an Preisen ausruft ist mehr, als dass was wir von unseren Endkunden verlangen. Wir machen einen ordentlichen Profit, aber mit euch würden wir nur Verlust machen und Ihr den gesamten Gewinn. Das ist ein Unfaires Geschäftsbgebahren. Wir können NIEMANDEM die Zusammenarbeit bei diesen Preisen empfehlen. Die einzige Firma die Geld verdient wenn man mit Ihr Zusammenarbeitet ist rintful. Der Shopbetreiber wird niemals in die Gewinnzone mit Printful kommen. Nicht bei dieser Preisgestaltung. Und Printful nimmt die Artikel selbstverständlich auch nciht zurück. Das heißt hier ganz klar. Prinfull gewinnt bei jeder Bestellung und der Partner verliert immer. Hände weg.
