No one ever responds to order inquiries. The platforms do NOT sync up at all, so you never really know the status of any of your orders. If you use chat, you just wait and wait and wait. If you email, you get no response whatsoever. RIDICULOUS.

I use a couple of different drop-shipping vendors for my shop and by far this is one of the easiest to navigate, plus the product tracking is top notch. All I have to do is design and name the product and Printful does the rest, not to mention this is one of the only vendors that offers sustainable options which customers love.
