Fraudulent orders creation machine. Instal and delete as app full of bugs and synchronisation problem and most important started created face orders just copy old our orders and imported like new.
Thank you for your review! If all of your orders are syncing up with us, even if they don't include Prinful products, they will have the "Needs Approval" status in your Printful Dashboard > Orders. You won't be charged for them, unless you complete them manually and you can also delete them from your dashboard. We do realize that seeing a lot of unsynced orders or products can cause concern, so we appreciate your feedback on this and will use it to improve our platform in the future. You can disable these orders from syncing up with us via your Printful dashboard > Stores > Settings > Orders and you can also ignore all non-Printful products in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync, so orders of them would not sync up with us. Super easy to use and so far it's pretty great! Customer support is awesome - they know their product and how things work with Shopify.
They do a decent job. Turnaround time is spotty, lots of complaints from customers on orders not shipping past the 7 business day timeframe, only to be told items are "restocking" after I've confirmed they will ship on time. Spend more time dealing with unhappy customers and refunding orders than I'd like. Their customer service is lip service at best, and you get 3 different answers from 3 different people. Phasing out this manufacturer as fast as I can.

Since we print on demand, many of our products are also stocked on demand which means that they may not be in stock when your order is placed. However, we can generally have the products restocked within a few business days and fulfill your order as quickly as possible. I use this app to get my t-shirts to my customers fast, easy and cost-efficient. I like that it's so simple to set-up and that Printful guided me every step of the way. I think Printful needs to improve on its variety. There's not enough to choose from, not enough pants. Also, it won't hurt to have more melanated mockup models. Also, It is not a good idea to have the mockup of the woman holding the black frame to be wearing all-black. The site interface needs work. When I select only a single frame size, in my store, it no longer displays a size. This can be fixed by adding the size to the mock view. I would like to be able to put the frames measured in cm to inch with an auto calculator. When placing my designs on some mock-ups it is impossible to center. I would like to know where my design is positioned by number. Why is it when I click Back to Browser it hopes me somewhere random and not to the previous page?

Could you give us some details on what type of pants you'd like to see us offer? You mentioned some concerns with your site's interface and I wanted to let you know that you would need to change your website's theme/layout to fix the issue you're encountering with selecting a frame size. As for the frame measurement units - we offer framed prints measured in both inches and centimeters, but these are listed as two separate products. You can see them in our product catalog here: https://www.printful.com/custom/wall-art/personalized If you would like to combine a poster measured in inches with a poster that is measured in centimeters, you would need to push one of these products to Shopify and edit it from Shopify's side by adding additional variants to the product, then sync them up with products on our side from your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync. You also mentioned that you encountered some issues with your browser and navigating through pages. Could you give us some additional details on these concerns as well? Love the app and the quality of the print! There is a definite difference in the quality between Printful and others.
This app is VERY user friendly. I can create designs and mockups in a matter of minutes! I have absolutely NO design experience but I feel like a pro using printful.

Great app all around. I was using another POD manufacturer before I switched to Printful. Once I made the switch, everything was so Flowatious.

The easiest app that I have used. Couldn't have imagined that it would be as simple as it is to sell merchandise to our followers.

Wow - so easy to add product to your store without having to worry about weights, sizes, descriptions...the app does it all for you! Don't manually enter your products on the Shopify end. Enter your products on the Printful end and you will be as happy as I am right now! (very very happy)
Easy to use and integrates with them all. Recommend to all. Wish they had Glassware and Barware. I make T-Shirts, Mugs and Posters.
Excellent customer service! Quality is outstanding on every order! Printful offers the largest variety of products compared to other POD providers. They are our go-to for leggings, rash guards, hats & swimwear. Our only recommendation is to add dry-fit long sleeves, men's swim trunks, vinyl decals & flip flops to their selection. SHIPPING, SHIPPING, SHIPPING! I use different companies for different things I want my designs printed on. I am currently in BETA testing mode with Printful as my Print-on-demand service for my designs. I need shipping to be EASY, not complicated. I also need it accurately calculated at NO EXTRA COST to me or to my customers. What my customers see during checkout should be the same as what I pay to Printful for shipping provided. If Shopify charges my customer $6.50, Printful should not charge me $6.51 or $6.49. It should charge me exactly what the customer was charged. I do not want to setup complicated weight based shipping groups. It doesn't work well and either causes me to OVERCHARGE or UNDERCHARGE my customers. My customers, mostly VETERANS, DEMAND and DESERVE accurate shipping rates when checking out. It shouldn't be complicated for the software either in Printful or Shopify to know the shipping location and decide to use Shopify's shipping rates or Printful's. It's 2019, not 1998. When I joined the live chat to ask for assistance, they tried to UPSELL me to fix the problem. This means it's possibly an issue they know about and refuse to fix as it's profitable to not fix it. From the MUGS and PHONE CASES I've tested thus far: Print quality has been GREAT! Goods delivered on time as estimated on their website. Packaging is good. Only 3 stars as shipping can help grow or kill a business.

Regarding shipping, when setting up the integrations, we add as much functionality as we possibly can while taking into account the limitations of the integration. Different platforms might have different shipping setup options such as live rates and flat rates, and on some e-commerce platforms, the live rate shipping option may cost an additional fee. However, with enabling the live rates, your customers would be able to choose the shipping option they would like to have the order shipped and you would be charged the same amount. We definitely try to implement as many features as possible to make the app a comfortable experience for our users and feedback regarding the features we already have or you would like to see certainly helps us!
