Love the Printful app. It has some awesome features and the integration with Shopify compared to other platforms is really outstanding. I find that shipping rates are slightly high. Apart from that Printful is all good.

This was the WORST app I have ever used on my Shopify store! I have wasted so many hours designing items only to have the site CONSISTENTLY disconnect from my store for NO reason, delete my designs for NO reason and constantly having glitches!!! I have deleted and reconnected my account several times already and after several months of not using the app I decided to give it another try and it got WORST!!! I don't have any of these issues with my other apps! I am so disappointed because Printful have good quality items but when I say I have wasted HOURS and HOURS using this app, I mean that in the most honest way! I will NEVER use this app again, and I definitely won't recommend it!!!

In general, connection problems can be related to server issues, browser (clearing out cache and cookies helps), subscription plans, incorrect connection steps and so on. It really is pretty seamless. I only wish you could edit a product design after it was posted to your store, without having to just post it completely over again.
Hi! Thank you for leaving a review. Please note that you can edit the print file as well as pricing, description, mockups in Printful directly by clicking on that product. For design changes, tick in Bulk edit or individual variations and click Change print file. You can also edit some product features through Shopify like description, pricing, mockup placement. I have been using Printful since I opened my online store in 2019 and while I have tested out other POD companies (CustomCat, Gooten, etc) - Printful is by far the absolute best in every instance. Customer service is outstanding - always quick to respond or help, their resources are super helpful when knowing what information to provide my customers with so to cause as little error or confusion as possible. Though rare, if there is a quality or printing error - Printful has found a quick solution each time. Of course I would like to see some better options but that comes with time and growth! Since I have been using their services for almost 4 years now...it's been great to see them really listen to customers feedback and concerns, turn around and apply them while just improving even more! I never feel like I'm not aware of new policies/shipping delays or holiday prep because Printful always keeps me in the loop. I am a very big Printful fan and will continue to use their services -- if you're on the fence, go with Printful, you will not regret it. I truly do not think I would be able to run my business successfully if it wasn't for Printful and how helpful they have been from the very beginning.

Printful is by the the best POD service we've worked with that integrates well into Shopify. It has a great range of products and the design tools are much more advanced than any other service. We've switched all our POD products over to Printful.

very good quality renders, had a few issues wit the embroidery but not a problem any longer. The quality of the material is excellent.
