So far extremely good. Only small niggle is it's hard to swap out mock-ups or at least it's not easy to figure out how to do it easily.

It's a great app without a doubt. I think it is unfair that we don't have access to all the products. Other than that, it's a great app.

Products are good quality and I like Printful much better than Printify. Support is responsive and usually helpful. Its easy to resolve issues within the order process due to good customer support. **HOWEVER**, if you are a legitimate business with a tax ID/resale license, there are a few additional, IMPERITIVE, steps that Printful does not prompt you to set up, or inform you about before you set up orders on your store. First being tax exemption, they will charge you additional sales tax (in addition to shopify charging the customer sales tax) unless you submit your resale cert and have it approved PRIOR to the order. Otherwise you will be charged sales tax twice or more without any notification that the shopify payment does not cover your cost. This is also not mentioned in the pricing section where you set your prices. Making it very easy to lose money with Printful unless you pore over every setting before implementing it. Second being shipping charges. The live rate for shipping is not charged unless you do BOTH of the following; have shopify PLUS, AND set shipping section to live rates in the printful backend. Again, there is no notification that the shopify shipping fee does not cover your shipping cost. This is also not mentioned in the pricing section where you set your prices. Making it very easy to lose money with Printful unless you pore over every setting before implementing it. Both of these things should be included in the onboarding process, and neither are. Due to these issues, we have overpayed for a staff order by quite a bit, and Printful was not interested in reimbursing us (even as a one-time courtesy) for this issue that resulted due to their poor onboarding process.

All in all, ok. Stitching is nice, DTG not the best. Not really much new things, could be more escpecially sustainable products. Support very good.

Your tutorial was easy to follow but out of date as some things are not found at all or under a different heading. For example, order processing is no longer under "checkout". But the video was good. Also I could not find "import synched products" at all under any heading. But there are ways around it and it still worked. https://youtu.be/ie1FezgFEI0

The turnaround for products is very fast, tho I wish the shipping was cheaper. And the website could be more intuitive. But the products I have gotten all always top rate and my customers love them.

I would recommend Printful as a POD company as in my experience I've been happy with the quality of the products I'm familiar with. As far as the interface I think design attributes could use some additional features incorporated into it, especially given the flexibility of new AI tools. More options for mockups, would be great as well as the ability to upload my own avatars to use in mockups. That's about all I can think of at the moment, though I know there are more details if I thought about it.

I love this platform, but I do not appreciate how expensive the products are. In this economy people do not want to pay high ticket prices. Making it harder for business owners to make a profit by trying to keep the prices as low as possible. You guys should consider lowering the cost of your items and provide free shipping.

I would want more optimization for editing products on mobile. There is currently no way to edit already existing templates.

I would recommend this app. It's been very convenient in terms of business and the products are good quality. They continue to grow their inventory which will in turn help us grow our business. It's also easy to use with Shopify.

I would say that this has been quite the experience learning new things about setting up my online store but it has been great I'm still learning but this has been really helpful.
