It is a really really good app to sell your personnalized products online. Just wishe that it become free one day to send a sticker with the order but it's a good one

Love this app easy to use and can create some stunning clothes. I wish it had ways to rotate text or images in the mockup generator that would be a great way to be more creative.

Gar...Bage. Unless you're starting up a vintage brand expect your stuff to look like the clothes they hand out in 3rd world countries.

Like many of the print on demand apps available the shipping options for EU / UK customers are prohibitively expensive to the point that it becomes unviable. Printful looked good because they have an EU print factory however you only realise afterwards that the product range and colours stocked are very limited - almost all products are U.S fulfilled. To give you an idea on shipping - I wanted to order a sample with 3 items (1 cap, 2 tshirts.)... Shipping = $26! Now try passing that kind of additional cost on to your UK customers! The other thing I did not like is that when adding the Printful app - it automatically imports *all* of your other products and syncs them - I'm assuming because they want you to republish the products using their app - seems very heavy handed. Every item in your shop currently will get imported and details of every order you process in the future (even for products not fulfilled by Printful) will be sent to Printful. Despite the above I give 3 stars because for sure the app and onboarding experience is polished.

I just received the first five sample shirts that I ordered, and I am really thrilled with the quality of both the shirts (100% cotton - 3 Gildan and 2 American Apparel) and the printing of the artwork. The Printful app is easy to use, and allows me to focus on design and my store - Printful handled the printing and the shipping, all timely, so I didn't have to lift a finger for fulfillment. The samples were a test for my first try but they are all ready for sale, although they are so nice I may not want to part with them...Thank You to all Printful team members!

Probably the best app there is on Shopify App Store. You just can't do without it. A must have.

Good app. Terrible customer service. If you need help, get someone besides Jerimiah H. He told me to give him an order number so he could investigate the issue, I provided it and he turned around immediately and said contact Shopify. The issue I had was with their emails and they did the best they could to mark the ticket solved and literally said "We are sorry we could not fulfill your needs...We wish you the best of luck". Customer service is all that matters these days, there are a ton of other options that offer the same thing Printful does, so I will be looking into those immediately to find one with customer support agents who actually try to solve your issues.

We spend a lot of time and money searching for a partner like Printful for our Shopify business Multi-threads.com Graphic T-Shirts. We didn't have the time to check out PrintAura so we cant really compare them to each other, but when it come to all the other print on demand apps they were the fastest to fulfill the order, the best quality print, the most durable print, the most variations in colors and garments. They are very pricey, so your ability to be competitive and make any profits selling on amazon are really hard, but we want happy customers and we believe the only way to get happy customers is by selling them a t-shirt that's not gonna fall apart in a couple washes or selling them a t-shirt that's not gonna take 20 days to get to its destination. Multi-threads.com very happy with our partner Printful.
