Absolutely great and as far as I know, unique. To be able to ship apparel worldwide, automated with Shopify. In my opinion it's a no-brainer.

Printful is hands down one of the best print-on-demand services out there. The print quality is sharp, colors are vibrant, and materials hold up over time. Integration with my store was effortless, and their fulfillment is fast and reliable. I also love the variety of products and customization options. Customer service has been helpful whenever needed. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, high-quality POD partner, Printful is the way to go.

The user interface is easy and intuitive and the design maker and mockups all make product creation seamless. The shop integration took only a few seconds and was great. Thank You Printful and Shopify.

Awful print jobs, long ship time and no customer service. They also have a very antiquated app where you cannot populate your images to multiple products, you have to do it manually one by one. If you hit "back" it will take you completely out of the app and you will have to start over again and again. They also don't even offer photographic prints or basic print products. But...I digress, this review is not about that.... This review is about quality. Quality is so important for customers and it Printful's quality is aboslutely AWFUL. On February 25th I ordered two 24x36 prints. I uploaded two images to be printed through Printful. I sent these two prints through with the Printful recommended color profile of sRGB IEC61966-2.1 to ensure colors were true in my proofing viewer compared to expected print results. However, instead of printing closely to the colors provided, when the prints were finally delivered on March 6, both printed nothing like the images submitted. They are dark, muted and cool in tone compared to the print file especially in areas of green/yellow and shadows were darker as well SEE BELOW. I immediately notified Printful via their report a problem feature on March 6 attaching images of the original file and the resulting print. I followed up 24 hours later. On March 7 Printful replied, stating he saw the issue, confirmed I submitted them correctly and would see what the graphics team recommended. I waited two days and they did not follow up although I did inform them this was a time sensitive matter especially given how long it took them to send the original prints, especially when we have customers waiting. I followed up on March 9. I was ignored. I followed up again on March 11 and I was ignored. I followed up again on March 12 and asked for a refund. I was ignored. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and sent that to them on March 13 and asked for a refund. I was ignored. This company offers PRINTS--most of the time we never see what our customer gets. In this case, I did....and it's absolutely AWFUL. PRINTFUL AGREED. Then they just decided to NEVER RESPOND TO ME AGAIN and KEEP MY MONEY. Ignoring the impact that it had on me and my business. Disgusting. They falsely advertised a product, provided specific printing requirements for that product, failed to deliver the product as ordered, acknowledged they erred, ignored me for days and refused to refund the product. Do not use PRINTFUL unless you want awful prints, upset customers and no way to fix the problem because there will be no customer service.

The turnaround for products is very fast, tho I wish the shipping was cheaper. And the website could be more intuitive. But the products I have gotten all always top rate and my customers love them.

I wish I could print on the lower front of shirts
We appreciate the review and feedback! 🧡 While print areas are limited based on individual products - we advise taking a look at our "all over print" products, as these products have unlimited print area and the entire product can become the canvases for your designs! This is because all over print products get first printed on massive, white rolls of fabric and then hand-sewn in our fulfillment centers by our fulfillment specialists.

I found this app to be quite difficult to navigate and not user-friendly. The interface is confusing, and simple tasks like uploading designs or customizing products take more time than they should. It lacks clear instructions, making the process frustrating for new users. While the product options are decent, the overall experience feels clunky and inefficient. Improvements in design and usability would make a big difference.

Printful works so well with Shopify. Their prices are pretty high, but the app itself works great.

My experience so far has been completely amazing. The process way easier than I had initially thought it would be. The interfaces were super user friendly and allowed myself and my web editor to tangibly accomplish my vision. I cant wait to launch my store to the public.
