I have been using Printful for a while, and I have only had 1 incident where there was a print error. Customer service was fast and responsive and resolved the issue right away - top notch! The print quality on all the items is excellent, color is amazing, and overall good quality merchandise. I do not sell t-shirts and clothing - I focus my products on tote bags, pillows, blankets, notebooks and stationary items that feature my art. So I don't have experience with their apparel, just the home goods and accessories. I would like to see more model options with their mockups, but the ones they have are good for most of the products I use. My biggest complaint is lack of diversity of models - a large burly man modeling a dainty flowered blanket doesn't work! I would like to see both men and women and children model options (boys and girls) and variously colored people for each product, for example - not just one person that doesn't represent or reflect what I'm printing. Overall, I am very happy with Printful. Great customer service, quality print, and quality products.

I find the website's interface visually on-point and really user-friendly especially when I need to make additional revisions to any of my images before I port to my store. Beyond that, it's a cool process.

I had a free trial and it work perfect able to create products now I have to pay for the full aversion and of course it's no problem I happily do that based on a quality experience but really for six hours I try to sign up here and like a straight my payment method and for some reason I cannot continue to process from there and I all the time gets sent back to reach back to straight my payment meter I have blocked off locked on locked off that should not be necessary for something simple to be able to sign up these two applications, Shopify and printful should definitely make it overly easy for people to be able to make it work and most popular it is like that for everybody else, but I cannot get my head around why you have to be so complicated something so simple so for that reason, and that reason alone, I'm gonna give it one star review not because the quality of the product not as good but for the signing up process overly complicated and no direct link have a good day

I have to say that this Printful is truly exceptional. The quality of their products is unparalleled, and it's evident that they put a lot of effort into ensuring that their customers receive only the best. What sets them apart, however, is their customer service. It's evident that they value their customers and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases. Whether you have questions about a product or need help with an order, their team is always there to help with a smile on their face. It's rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but this website is one of the few that does, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. and accommodating.
