Seems like there is no (or low) quality control. Sample products arrived with ink errors, faded prints, and misalignment issues. Make sure you demand all your orders to customers get MANUALLY checked because the default QC process in place is not satisfactory. Once reported, customer service was quick to reprocess and re-ship, but they could have saved both themselves and me time and money with proactive quality control.

We're always trying to improve this and make sure we get as close as possible to zero mistakes in our fulfillment process. Well honestly the experience is rough, both of you charge so much, like really 1 shirt is like 80 dollars, its ridiculous, shopify does nothing to help they just talk your money, make a report do nothing like no call service cuz they know people would be calling all the time complaining, its like no one can be successful, its insulting. you need to lower your prices and you need to start paying me because it polpe like me that truly use your service. printful, your product suck, like you need more variety, like skateboard

Qualité de vêtement incroyable et les broderies sont toujours superbement effectuées. Les impressions ne sont pas toujours les plus nettes sont bien réalisées. Le customer service est toujours d'une efficacité incroyable. Le seul bémol pour moi serait les prix parfois un peu trop élevés. Quand on soustrait le prix du vêtement et la TVA, il ne reste pas grand chose après une vente.

Printful: The Best App for Embroidery and Screen Printing – Hands Down! I've been using Printful for my apparel brand for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s the best app out there for embroidery and screen printing, bar none. From the seamless Shopify integration to the high-quality products, Printful has made it incredibly easy to bring my designs to life. The embroidery options are sharp and durable, and the screen printing is top-notch. The turnaround time is impressive, and the customer service is always responsive and helpful. However, like any great platform, there's always room for improvement. It would be fantastic to see Printful expand its product line to include items like sunglasses, which would really enhance the variety of accessory options. Additionally, I’d love to see the option for side and back embroidery on trucker hats—this would be a game-changer for brands like mine that want to maximize branding on headwear. Other than these minor suggestions, the Printful app truly stands above the rest. It offers everything you need for creating high-quality, custom products. No comparison—if you’re serious about your brand, this is the platform to use!
