its now saying one of my products is discontinued and there is no method of changing or altering it. most of the links dont work and individual products keep breaking. who build this back end?

The quality of the printed t-shirts I have ordered has been excellent; with soft comfortable fabric and vibrant colours. Mugs and Greeting Cards have been printed well too. I recently added Hoodies back to my product list and the printed Gildan Unisex Heavy Hoodie was printed extremely well. From my experience with the products, I have listed so far, Printful provide consistent quality printed products, excellent service and fast shipping. Their turn around is between 2-5 days. From my experience, orders have been shipped majority of the time, within 2 days, which my customers have been greatly encouraged by. The products are packaged well too. My customers have repeatedly given encouraging feedback about their items, the quality of products and how quickly their items arrived. This has been a blessing to my business, helping me to provide quality products and gifts and enhances the quality service I like to provide. Any issues that I have faced, regarding my products, Printful has responded to quickly with good customer service. The service is professional and they have always worked promptly to resolve the issue in the best way. It is really good to be able to make contact and to receive the necessary support from a company that sees the importance of serving their customers well, resolving issues as best as they can and valuing the businesses they serve. I only wish there was more colour options and product variations available within the UK, so that I could offer more products, styles and colour options to my customers who are based here. With Printfuls turnaround and shipping times being so good, this would definitely be a great help to businesses like mine that are currently based within the UK. I personally have benefited greatly since Printful opened up their supply centre within the UK and I look forward to seeing their products and colour ranges increase and become available in UK. I highly recommend Printful. I find the design tools are easy to use and it easily integrates with Shopify. With no minimum order requirements and the service, they provide, including the valuable information they put out, via their blogs and guidance videos, Printful is doing a great job serving small businesses with POD.
