I Love Printful, the fast delivery, and the quality of the items, my pieces always come out awesome, just as bright and colorful as I designed them. I've only had one minor incident and they handled it immediately and professionally by resolving the problem and sending out a replacement item. Thanks Printful, Cassie

However, I did not even know I had to agree to this until all products showed that they were out of stock... This is probably a Shopify issue, as they don't always make things clear. Once I got the clarification on this, I went ahead and clicked the "update" button, so that part was very easy. Thanks for checking in...

I would recommend Printful because of the service. A real person sends answers back if you email them with questions, or if they find a problem with the order - such as an image being off center. The actual products are 99% like the mockups. My customers love their products. I love the quality and the fact that I can design, order, and get everything made and shipped from one app. Printful does most of the hard work. Thank You Printful. ArtLady Designs LLC

I have been using Printful for a while, and I have only had 1 incident where there was a print error. Customer service was fast and responsive and resolved the issue right away - top notch! The print quality on all the items is excellent, color is amazing, and overall good quality merchandise. I do not sell t-shirts and clothing - I focus my products on tote bags, pillows, blankets, notebooks and stationary items that feature my art. So I don't have experience with their apparel, just the home goods and accessories. I would like to see more model options with their mockups, but the ones they have are good for most of the products I use. My biggest complaint is lack of diversity of models - a large burly man modeling a dainty flowered blanket doesn't work! I would like to see both men and women and children model options (boys and girls) and variously colored people for each product, for example - not just one person that doesn't represent or reflect what I'm printing. Overall, I am very happy with Printful. Great customer service, quality print, and quality products.
