Printful is a one stop shop, everything you need or need done they can do, I had such a hard time figuring things out but their support team worked with me until I got it, thanks to someone named Javier who sent me a step-by-step link, it explained everything I needed to know, a big thank you to Javier.

It's good however there are a few things that I would change to make it a bit more user friendly such as allowing different similar products be combined as varients of one another. Also taking a design you used on one item and being able to retreive it with ease to use on other similar produucts while still being able to edit it. Other than that I think that it is amazing and basically life saving. I would be so lost with out this app.

I've been using Printful service for about a year now. I have used/using other services also however, Printful is one of the better POD services out there. The app is great relative to other apps in the same market, although it can improve. The quality of the print job is fantastic, and the turn-around meets my expectations. I consider myself a novice at this point, and I am sure there are a whole bunch of things I have not tried yet.

So far so good! This seems to work very well. The only thing I wish I could do is add different options to the item before loading it to my store. For example, I would like a black shirt with a white design, then make the same product but being a white shirt with a black design. Then upload them all at the same time, as the same item, onto my website. That way I don't have to have the same item and description and on my website multiple times because they have different color options.

It would be nice to be able to change the mockups if you accidental choose the wrong one, with ease.

I use this app to create brand products for my online shop. I enjoy the ease of upload to shopify and setting up pricing. I wish that they had a more intuitive way to integrate into shopify like SKUs and Mockups of products. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the FREE trainings and education on their platform as a registered user.

A very user friendly precise design maker and probably the best among the various apps tested. Unfortunately, Printiful has discontinued their app which enabled customers to personalise their items directly online before check out. A great shame and a major loss to my store that will probably need to migrate to another app.

Easy to use, easy to design t-shirts. Easy transactions and pleasant experience. I just wish there were more product selections.

When products are in stock the quality of the merchandise is good and the fulfillment is good. I have had only one major issue and their response was prompt and helpful. Margins on costs per item are better on some products than others. Prices are a little high but they do make, provide and fulfill the orders and for the most part, they are quality products. I am looking forward to them expanding their eco-friendly offering of products.
Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review :) We're sorry to hear about the stock issues and if it could help, you can check on the availability and stock of our products by going to our Product Catalog -> Select the product -> If you are logged into your Printful account, you will see the Availability tab with all of the facility and stock details. You can also set the preferred region for your store and account, so our system would automatically filter the items to display ones that would be available in the region. For your account, this can be done by going to your Printful dashboard -> clicking on Preferences (the small globe icon) in the upper right corner -> Default catalog and delivery preferences -> Selling region -> select the region. For your store, this can be done by going to your Printful dashboard -> Settings -> Stores tab under Settings -> scroll down to Store default selling preferences -> Selling region -> select the region. Additionally, by going to Settings -> Orders tab -> tick the box by Automatic stock updates, we'll be able to update the stock availability for your listings. I had a very important question about their socks and all there is a a FAQ's. That's it. In the chat button it simply says ask a question but it just gives you a list of Q and A based on questions they think will be asked. Please list measurements for all your socks. As you know or maybe you don't know but there is an extreme lack of sizing in the entire industry on socks that fit men bigger than a size 10. I have tired them all from all POD companies and none fit my size elven foot without strain and pulling really hard or extra stretching in 5 different angle just to jimmy it onto my foot. I will be reasonable i give 4 stars until i can confirm how big the black foot sublimation socks are.

When you click on it, a pop-up shows you the exact measurements for this product for the US and EU market for both men and women -size XL is 12 - 14.5 for US men. Very high quality service. The only issues in my case are shipping time in Italy, too many days... and the creation of variants in the Design Editor can be better.

The current situation in the world still has greatly affected the shipping times, and while we see some improvements, some shipments can take a bit longer to be delivered as well. We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but once they're handed over to the carriers, it's up to their sorting center capacity because carrier and postal operations are separate entities from our own. Fast production and shipping! My 1 complaint is that there joggers run small. The XL is more like a large. I also wish they had tapered joggers. my customers really want that style

the new clothing line is lit! I've been able to expand my product line to 100s of products with 1000s of sizes in only a few short months. its totally streamlined and easy to use.

I like how easy it is to connect items to the store. Printful makes it easy to create items and add creativity. I wish when designs were updated on printful they would update on the store.

I love the products from the Printful app, but I wish it were easier to create/download variant mockups.

Printiful is an AMAZING app/service to use when you're either 1.) testing out how a product will sell on your website without having to purchase a full inventory of something that may or may not sell 2.) if your company does not keep inventory of the products you sell, printiful handles that for you. Create your designs, list them, and never have to worry about shipping or handling any products. If there is only one negative I can say for Printiful, it is the speed of delivery, but this is to be expected and in no way something within their control.
