I use Printful to help me produce T-shirts for my new business. The Shopify integration makes it so easy to use, seamlessly. I have also used their customer service when I encountered an issue with a product. The experience was exceptional! Great app overall.

I have not had any issues with this app or the supplier. They are very good at communicating any issues they are experiencing or see coming up. Adding products is easy. Shipping and pricing is a breeze. I like how they keep updating the options they have so that it is responsive and not a headache to work with. Would like a few other options but good with what they have right now.

I have been so impressed with the quality and assortment of products and their very attentive customer service, since I began my business back in 11/2019. During Covid, it's been tough having shipping times delayed, but I feel that most businesses have experienced the same issues, but not with the same professionalism as Printful. When a business handles themselves well during tough times, I'm sold. As things start to get back to normal, and I'm looking forward to watching my business grow with Printful.

Best POD service by far. Easy to use with great customer support and high quality products. The only slight downside might be the somewhat higher product costs, but I can live with that.

I've used the app to create a product line. The designing process is simple and easy to navigate. It was recommended by a friend and I'm thankful. I've been able to build out a site and easily connect the e-commerce store with printful.

Love this app! You design the product and they print and ship it for you worldwide. The products they have include: shirts, hoodies, cups, pants, jackets and more! You gotta try it out. You can even hire their team and have them design something for you and have professional photos taken of your product.

This app does its job properly. Changes at Printful are pushed to Shopify nicely and the integration of the two sites feels very smooth. My only complaint is that products that are not meant to be fulfilled by Printful show as 'unsynced' on every order, but that is a small annoyance when everything else works well.

Regarding unsynced items, if there are any products in your storefront which aren't fulfilled by Printful, they will show up in Printful. However, you can set them to "ignored" in Printful app -> Products -> Not synced -> bulk edit -> Ignore. This way if this product is ordered in your storefront, the order won't import into Printful or if it is part of an order which contains also a Printful fulfilled item, the product will still be automatically ignored and won't hold up the order. The Shopify-Printful sync works perfectly and during 2 years of operations there's never been a hickup. Printful has their challenges with production but we have always been able to solve the problems that have arisen.

After initially having an issue with my order, at the fault of the carrier, the team at Printful resolved it and made things right. Well done. As for the app, I love the seamless integration with Shopify, along with the auto updating to any product page edits I make. Great MockUp Generator. Compared to their competitors, they have a way easier product design tool. At the moment, in my opinion, they have the best POD design tool out there. The samples I received were good quality and I look forward to partnering with them going forward. Just a heads up, their product cost calculator does not include shipping or taxes, so make sure you take a look at their rates and add that to your prices outside of their tool to properly calculate your margin.

I like using Printful Awesome app only thing I like them to bring in Socks for custom prints. Overall Printful Rocks!

It is simple and easy to use. The synchronization between Printfull and my shop Shopify is just excellent.it's easy to find your way around and adding a product is the easiest thing to do. Large items to choose from. Easy to apply creative designs. If I had an issue they have been quick to sort it out and point me in the right direction! Thank you for everything, I recommend to use this site to make money, I love the options.

Printful is the best over all pod available, this does not mean they are perfect - far from it. They are very good though. definitely recommend.

Our content team reviews the print files that are uploaded to orders to make sure that the content adheres to our acceptable content guidelines (see here https://www.printful.com/policies/content-guidelines). In case we recognize the design violates our content guidelines, we reserve the right to deny printing of the design unless a licensing agreement is provided. Some product categories, which are encountering the longest fulfillment delays at the moment due to Covid-19, have been temporarily disabled from our product push, including neck gaiters, as they are part of our All-Over Print category. You should be able to edit the variants of the product by going to Printful app -> Products -> Edit -> Edit, however, it won't be possible to edit the variants in bulk. We hope to re-enable the products in our product push as soon as we have caught up with the order volume and can provide faster fulfillment times! - Zana
