its OK, they need more advance embroidery machines that can do more complex designs, they deserve a chance. The alternatives provided for some options do not really provide an alternative with the limited colour selection.

The embroidery designs you provide for your Printful orders would have to follow our embroidery guidelines and very complex designs aren't possible to be done as they may affect the overall quality of the final embroidery on the product. We are upgrading our machinery and technology when possible to keep up with demand, requests, and feedback, so we definitely appreciate your input on this matter. Update: Thank you for your updated review! The alternatives tool can be limited in the product selection since not all items have comparable colors or sizes available. Great app, easy to use website and what I've seen so far, quality t-shirts and printing. Can be a bit annoying having to ignore products that they don't print on, but that's nothing major!

Its a fantastic app and easy to use interface to organize products, orders and inventory. Definitely a must have for any store wanting to personalize their own products! 5 stars!

Printful offer multiple product and sample options. I use Printful for my activewear Range. Customisation for products is easy and layout options are great. There are various resources and webinars available that are extremely helpful.

Very easy to use and good product mix! After doing quite a bit of research, Printful seemed to be the best overall for custom T-Shirt creation and sales. The mock-up generator is great but I wish we could edit master images after posting to the store. To change the image, you have to do it separately on all variants.

I wanted to let you know that you can bulk-update the print files and the mockups on your product variants by going to your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync > Edit. Once you check the box on the very left, to select all product variants, click on "Change print file" to bulk-update the print file and/or the product mockup that is pushed to your store. Once you make the update, be sure to refresh your store data, in your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync, by clicking on "Refresh data". I use this app to get my t-shirts to my customers fast, easy and cost-efficient. I like that it's so simple to set-up and that Printful guided me every step of the way. I think Printful needs to improve on its variety. There's not enough to choose from, not enough pants. Also, it won't hurt to have more melanated mockup models. Also, It is not a good idea to have the mockup of the woman holding the black frame to be wearing all-black. The site interface needs work. When I select only a single frame size, in my store, it no longer displays a size. This can be fixed by adding the size to the mock view. I would like to be able to put the frames measured in cm to inch with an auto calculator. When placing my designs on some mock-ups it is impossible to center. I would like to know where my design is positioned by number. Why is it when I click Back to Browser it hopes me somewhere random and not to the previous page?

Could you give us some details on what type of pants you'd like to see us offer? You mentioned some concerns with your site's interface and I wanted to let you know that you would need to change your website's theme/layout to fix the issue you're encountering with selecting a frame size. As for the frame measurement units - we offer framed prints measured in both inches and centimeters, but these are listed as two separate products. You can see them in our product catalog here: https://www.printful.com/custom/wall-art/personalized If you would like to combine a poster measured in inches with a poster that is measured in centimeters, you would need to push one of these products to Shopify and edit it from Shopify's side by adding additional variants to the product, then sync them up with products on our side from your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync. You also mentioned that you encountered some issues with your browser and navigating through pages. Could you give us some additional details on these concerns as well? This app is VERY user friendly. I can create designs and mockups in a matter of minutes! I have absolutely NO design experience but I feel like a pro using printful.
