I must admit I was a bit confused at the start, but Arleen and the support team were incredibly helpful. They’re very responsive via chat, and being able to book a quick meeting for a demo or to ask questions directly made the implementation process much easier. Once the data was fully synced (which took just a couple of days), everything ran very smoothly. We saw the impact on sales almost immediately. I'm very happy with the experience so far.

Using this tool for nearly a year now. It’s been a great asset for monitoring price changes and responding quickly. Everything is automated and seamlessly integrated with detailed reporting features. We have been using the app for a month now. It works exactly as advertised, has a high rate of success finding the product pricing. In our case, it’s 93%, higher than other apps we tried. The app is versatile, allowing for multiple pricing strategies. Onboarding was very easy, Sanda was always available, we lunched the repricing program instantly.

We’ve been pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the product and the level of customer support. Arleen supported me throughout the free trial, and that made all the difference. She answered every question promptly and escalated any issues to the developers without delay.
