Does not provide accurate pricing information. The true cost is most likely 10x to 50x more expensive than the prices displayed. So don't waste your time if you are not willing to pay 10 - 50x more than the displayed price. And just to be clear and in response the comment below from the company. The pricing for this product clearly states that the cost is based on the NUMBER OF PRODUCTS. False. It is based on the NUMBER OF VARIANTS. Don't try to pass off your misrepresentation of the true cost of your product as 'my misunderstanding'. Shopify should remove this product until it presents accurate pricing information.

I’m really impressed with Prisync’s price robot – it works perfectly and accurately matches the competitors I want to track. I’ve also started excluding competitors I don’t want to compare prices with, and the tool handles that exactly as expected. Because the price robot is working so well, I’m now considering using it across all my products. It would be great to set up different strategies per brand, allowing me to meet different competitors for different product groups. So far, I’m very satisfied – this is definitely a 5-star tool!

Integration of Prisync with Google Sheets via Zapier is plagued by unclear documentation and broken endpoints that repeatedly return 404 or HTML instead of JSON, offers no webhook support, and lacks an official Zapier app or clear API guide, making any reliable automation effectively impossible.

I must admit I was a bit confused at the start, but Arleen and the support team were incredibly helpful. They’re very responsive via chat, and being able to book a quick meeting for a demo or to ask questions directly made the implementation process much easier. Once the data was fully synced (which took just a couple of days), everything ran very smoothly. We saw the impact on sales almost immediately. I'm very happy with the experience so far.
