Prisync has been helpful for us to monitor and adjust pricing within specific pricing rules over the last few months. Their support team is response and understanding. Additionally, they have made themselves available for video calls when we need to chat about specifics. Big thanks to Ercan for helping us navigate the partnership!

PriSync has saved our business a huge amount of time and resource and keeps us competitive in the market. The Customer Service team is always very helpful and fast to respond, and we'd recommend to other SME's. The CS team have gone out of their way to support and help, and for that we'd whole hearted recommend their service. Keep up the great work!

A very good app with much potential. Using it for some time and we still need to learn more about it. There are still elements that the capable team at Prisync need to improve upon. However they are eager and willing to listen. Few tweaks on UI/UX and this would be wonderful

The customer service is quick to help, when we had problems. Its nice that we can track our prices, and be competetive in our pricing.

Software works well and the team is very responsive and able to come up with unique solutions to our proble,s. We were using price2spy in the past but there were some real shortcomings of that software that we were able to overcome. Recommended!

100/5* THANK YOU!!! We are more than thrilled with this app! We have been looking for a repricing tool for a long time, as we have some very price-aggressive competitors - but so far we have not been even remotely satisfied with any of them (too many errors, products not found, prices not adjusted despite manual URL entry). Now we have discovered PRISYNC and we are SPEACHLESS! (We have just ended the 14-day trial period and now have a monthly subscription) Finally, we don't have to worry about prices anymore and have a great competitive advantage!!! The programme not only manages to "recognise" pretty much ALL products fully automatically - no, they even listed competitors for us that we had never heard of before. Prisync is really easy to use, has great features - and helps us as a start-up extremely to hold our own in the market with our big competitors! PLUS: Special thanks to Ekin and Ercan - your support is fantastic! If there is the slightest problem, they arrange a short CALL and bang: the "problem" is solved. We very much look forward to working with them for a long time to come!

We have been using this app for several months now and I love how we are able to see everywhere our product is being sold and for how much. After using this app, we have decided to install and use it on our other Shopify site as well. Highly recommend if you have not tried this app.

We recently upgraded our account to allow Prisync to do the job of keeping track of competitive pricing that was a very time consuming, manual task before. The daily emails of any price changes and summary is a great help and has freed up time to use on other tasks Highly recommended.

The product is fantastic, easy to navigate and user friendly but what is really exciting me is the customer service level those guys provide. They are on TOP of everything. Responsive and helpful in any aspect! The live chat is actually LIVE... They brilliantly look after your account giving you assistance in any given time! Special thanks goes to Arleen that has been so helpful on setting everything up for us and provided assistance every-time I needed it. And guess what? if she was busy, another agent would jump in to assist straight away. I would recommend them over and over again.

Being a new Shopify store in a competitive market (sports supplements) I am up against some big players and need to ensure my pricing is competitive to attract customers. Being also new to the world of e-commerce my knowledge wasn't the greatest and trying to understand what app's will work best for me has been a bit of a minefield. Whilst other app's talk about their service levels and support, I have not found one as good as the team supporting Dynamic Pricing Optimization. Through every step of the way they have been brilliant in answering all my questions and ensuring I have full understanding of their services and what they can do to assist my business. I cannot recommend this App and this team highly enough. Thank you for the great service and support in getting my business off the ground.
