As a Prisync user since 2019, I can say that it has improved our pricing strategy. Dynamic pricing has allowed us to stay competitive and maximize profits by adjusting prices in real-time based on competitors positioning. The automation saves us hours weekly, freeing us to focus on growth instead of manual updates. Prisync’s intuitive dashboard and detailed reports received by email, offer actionable insights, making pricing decisions faster and smarter. Since implementing it, we’ve been able to respond instantly to market shifts, optimizing our prices based on real-time competitor. After implementing it on the first site, we installed the app on our other sites as well.

We have tried many price comparison apps but this is by far the best app on the market. There are a few issues however the customer support team is brilliant at helping with navigating through these problems. Highly Recommended app!

Tested it for 7 days now product by product, and working great! and the match rate is very good, accurate and reliable app. Customer support is very good, and they are active and available to support most of the time

The customer support from this company is second to none. Ercan has personally gone through the software from top to bottom, and unlike most companies, suggested the package that is actually right for us, rather than trying to sell us the most expensive version. By doing this it allows us to grow and upgrade when we actually need to and make it incredibly viable. We tried other price tracking software systems before and the function and capabilities of Prisync is a no brainer. We look forward to working with Ercan and Prisync and are very happy with the what has been provided so far!

I had a great experience with Ercan from Prisync during our demo. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, tailoring the session to my specific needs. Having been shown the differnt options: URL, Channel, Hybrid I'd say Prisync itself is an excellent pricing optimization tool that makes tracking competitor prices easy and provides valuable insights for improving our pricing strategies. I highly recommend both Ercan and Prisync for anyone in e-commerce!

We started using Prisync about 3 months ago after using a different app to help us monitor competitor prices. We have found the Prisync system is far more intuitive, more reliable and more advanced than the other system. But the big winner is the support. Ercan and the team were incredibly helpful whilst we trialled and set up the system with responses always within 24 hrs. So far we are very happy with both the app itself and the support we have received.

Fabulous Support, Exactly what we were looking for and very well explained. The custom plan gave us everything we needed. 1 on 1 Support calls and online help is a massive bonus as we navigate our way through the App and learn more. So far it's much better than any other Shopify pricing App we have used and tested before. As with all of these applications its only ever as good as the information and effort you put in, and some mismatches are to be expected. Highly Recommended.

We’ve been using this price-tracking app for our eCommerce business, and overall, it’s been a game-changer for staying ahead of the competition. The app does exactly what it promises — monitors competitor prices in real time and allows us to adjust our pricing quickly and efficiently. The dashboard is intuitive and well-designed. We can easily see competitor price trends, set up rules for automated pricing adjustments, and track our own pricing performance over time. The app does an excellent job of keeping us up-to-date with competitors' prices across various platforms. The price alerts are a lifesaver, especially in such a fast-paced market. One of the best features is the rule-based price adjustments. We’ve set specific rules so that our prices automatically adjust based on certain conditions, which has saved us a lot of manual work. There is a room for improvement, too. While the real-time updates are great, I’ve noticed occasional delays or inaccuracies in the competitor price data. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean I can’t rely entirely on the automation without double-checking the data. And finally thanks for the customer support, who are very helpful about onboarding and understanding the platform and plans.

I’ve tested several competitor price tracking tools, and Prisync is the best. It’s incredibly easy to match prices, and you can even link specific URLs to ensure accurate comparisons. The team at Prisync is also fantastic, always quick to respond and very helpful on live chat. They offer a 14-day free trial, so I’d highly recommend giving it a try!
