I initially rate privy at 3 stars for below reason. I reached out to them and shared with them the issues. Andrew got back to my immediately and help me to resolve the issues. In fact, the problem was not privy but the setting we selected. You do need to watch for the size of the image you choose for your popup. In our case, we went to the max allowable but it was interfering with our dropdown menu. All and on, I am very happy with them. Thank you Andrew for your help. We just installed this and running into a few issues with integration. 1. The popup keeps showing up on each page even after closing or hitting "no thanks" 2. Also once the popup goes away the dropdown menu is not expanding anymore. 3. Where is a link to your customer service ?
