update: a year or two back i switched away from privy because i was looking for a couple other things at the time, but now am probably going to switch back over and Jose has been nothing but great in helping me figure out some back end things before i make the jump back and to make sure everything is running smoothly on the back end without being an actual customer yet - so that is very much appreciated, sometimes you can't find people that will help like he has! Privy is a great way to capture emails. Totally customizable and easy to gives just what I need for growing my new business. I used Privy for another store I had and it always gave great results even for the free version! Customer service is awesome too, pretty quick to answer and fix any problems!
