filono review for Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

I can not really judge jet really but am permanently asked to review. It seems to be easy to use, my questions were answered fast and in a very competent manner, it has more flexibility than Seguno and pricing seems to reflect typical small business / startup needs. The other options I considered but did not choose: Seguno (Email, less features, but great support), Optimonk (Pop up, great support with white paper etc, but speed of reply to questions low, high price when starting up / Email not integrated), Cleverreach (Email, apparently no interest in solving my problems/getting it running)
