Install and configuration was simple and pretty seamless to be honest. The configuration of the app carries on naturally from the install itself... and no HTML- or theme-hacking required, nice. Free version works well and instant results are seen on your store. Pleased so far. After a few days of installing this we were already seeing some success. We had a number of new people sign up every day which wouldn't have bothered I don't think unless we had this pretty unobtrusive Privy pop-up in front of them. We tailored and customised it so that it did not come up straight away (we chose to wait 1min) and I moved the corner "Sign Up!" reminder to the bottom left as it obscured an app in the header bar. So, in summary, the customisation offered by Privy meant that this app exactly met our needs and has unarguably delivered business benefits. Thank you Privy and good luck with the app!
