Absolutely HORRIBLE in terms of product setup. and even worse for customer service. Their product feeds never update no matter how many times you "hide" a product. We have been trying to get this setup to work for weeks. Everytime we get someone on via chat for help, they give us useless links to articles and dont actually address our questions. I am amazed anyone is using this at all. We will give it ONE more attempt, but we are cutting bait if we dont get any help.
Easy to use interface and campaign set up process. Engaging visuals and reporting. Helpful and responsive customer support. Sometimes the aesthetics of previews don’t exactly match reality.

Criteo is an awesome tool for ad placements online. The team makes it very easy to install and run the tracking app in Shopify as well as manage campaigns. 10/10 recommend!

It's our first month with Criteo, and we're already seeing promising results. Even with just using GO campaigns and minimal setup, we're consistently achieving a 3x ROAS. We're excited for Q4 now that we have Criteo as an additional traffic source. Their customer support has also been excellent—special thanks to Chelsea, who even responds to our queries on weekends!

No Login works, no verification..nothing...no support. It looks like the company no longer exists. It would have been a good alternative.
Customer support for this app is woefully unhelpful - lots of 'bot replies' that never resolve issues. For such a big company, Criteo needs to do better for Shopify stores fronts - I was hopeful this app would be helpful for business growth - it could be if we could access the advanced features such as showcase ads connected to curated product sets - 24-48 hour support takes well over a week - and replies come hours after requests and there is no continuity on the requests - making it difficult to get answers. Tickets submitted are never even looked at - you have to only use the automated chat and it's terrible. A REAL human response would be nice. Video tutorials skip steps and start set-ups mid campaign - so some of the most basic steps aren't even made clear... this should be simple self serve but the back end of this set up is convoluted? theoretically -it should be easy but it's very buggy with lots of error messages - better video tutorials would be a real help too!! - I will revise this if I am ever able to get support to help work through my set up issues but for now I give them a one star - Q4 is not a time for bugs :( -m still having issues cannot launch ads with product set- no support documents show or tell you how to do this the support documentation is still not useful
I downloaded the application. I filled in all the information on the page I was directed to to open a Criteo account. Although it was said that we would get back to you within 48 hours, no one has responded for a week. Why are you uploading a system that doesn't work to the app store?

The BEST retargeting channel in the world. Robust Shopify connection. With the new version of the app, it is easy to setup and use. If you are using a repository environment, make sure to add it to avoid any tracking issues.
Great support from the Criteo team would highly recommend them over other retargeting solutions. And William DiSenso is the best rep they have!
