This is an updated review. After a very long wait and leaving negative review, Criteo team responded and Darren helped resolve all issues promptly. My criteo account is restored and now working fine. Hope the team would have acted in timely manner and not waited for me to leave negative review to get them in to action. Anyway, Darren was extremely helpful and fix the problems for me. Thank you so much. ******OLD Review ********** ...I have three active payment method attached to my Criteo account, but for some reason on dashboard it keep saying please add a payment method. I checked the billing it has already charged monthly bills automatically, so there is no pending payment issue either. For some reason criteo don't let me run ads as it keep saying payment method is missing, I had opened a case through criteo dashboard, wrote numerous messages to customer support, but it seems criteo do not care. I will swith to some other platform now. Worst experience ever.
