Even with the free subscription, the app is feature-rich and easy to use. I've had a few support calls, and each time, Phoebe on live chat has constantly given me great help and promptly fixed my problems.

The app works well and is intuitive to use. I needed some help to get it installed at first, since it wasn't compatible with our theme out-of-the-box. This was quickly resolved!
