The app is extremely effective and user friendly. I initially had an issue displaying the options on the homepage, but the technical support team carefully reviewed the problem and guided me through the solution. You’ are not left on your own after purchasing the app, whenever you run into even the smallest issue, the in-app live support provides instant assistance. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We have been looking for an app that will do everything that this one does! So far it has exceeded our expectations and have been able to cancel 3 other apps that we have to update each time we add a product that needed a custom order item. If in doubt please try them! Oh and customer service was super fast and easily fixed my issue!

I have had it downloaded for a couple of months now and I have only had very minimal issues (made by me) and when I do, the support team has helped me step by step figure out what I did wrong. As of now I can say I am very satisfied.

Great app and really easy to use. I use this on two of my sites for personalised products. Customer support is also perfect and very quick to assist with minor setup issues. Thank you

Reached out to the dev team to update a feature on the cart and they were very prompt and helpful. Resolved quickly. Deleting a paid add-on on the cart will now remove the personalized field details from the product (it used to leave it on the product, which led to confusion during fulfillment). Great service. This is a very useful app for us.
