Excellent support and fast resolution! I ran into an issue where my personalization fields were no longer working, and Lesandra stepped in and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Not only was the problem resolved right away, but she also had a fantastic attitude throughout the process—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to get this level of support these days. Highly recommend this app, especially knowing their team is there when you need them!
Tremendous customer service experience. The app does exactly what I hoped for, but the communication and help far exceeded what I expected. My life would be easier if this type of support existed for all things. I cannot think of a better experience in customer service that I have had!
