Great app with excellent customer support! I needed a way to add hyperlinks within forms, which isn't a current built-in feature. When I reached out to the team, they quickly developed a workaround to help. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. The app is user-friendly and integrates well with our product line. Looking forward to seeing hyperlink functionality as a built-in feature in the future!

Product Customizer allows my Shopify store to have all the drop downs I need to sell products with several variants. There have been some glitches, but the customer service is always there to help solve the problem quickly.

Customer support was very helpful, I had an issue - partly due to an old theme we were using, and they were able to fix quickly. Even provide additional supportive information.

I had my zoom demo yesterday, what a great experience! My representative started out asking me what I needed to be successful. He was so helpful helping me set up the app. I'm a novice at most of this and now I will be able to have my customers upload and design features of my products. I'm looking forward to my trial period to see what all I can come up with. Thanks!!!

Customer service is beyond 5 stars! Ultimately the app did not meet my complicated needs, but Shevaughn went above and beyond to tweak my coding and the app to try and make it work for me. I really appreciated the effort and would 100% give them a chance to try out the app!

it does the job i needed and the customer service was outstanding. The Tech Support team worked with me until it was all good. The steps can be a bit confusing since this is essentially a bolt-on on top of the Shopify data models and templates. At the end of the day though, it was just want i needed.

We used this app for almost two years and it worked well. We changed some of our product lines and no longer needed the app. Shevaughn was tremendous in helping with closing the account and helping me with a couple of technical issues.

The App is very good but nothing on this planet is perfect so I can't give 5 stars. I will say, the response from customer service is outstanding. Whenever there has been an issue, the service team gets "ON IT" immediately. The app does have a few limitations but when used for it's intended purpose, it can't be beat! Way to go PC!

We are on the basic plan. It is great. Good customer support. Highly recommended app if you want to have a variety of options on your products.

Great app, I haven't checked all it can do just yet but I used it to create a dropdown menu. It works great now because of customer service!

So far so good. I am still learning how to use this app but it's delivering so far. I will say Customer Service is excellent. I love to be able to get someone on chat quickly and they can answer my questions without having to pick up the phone. I hate the phone. These guys are on top of it! I highly recommend. I'll update if anything changes but for now, I am happy.

My website allows for a lot of customization for my customers. There's a piece of this app that's supposed to be hidden for you and the developer and unfortunately customers could see it too! Man reached out the same day I sent the request over, and created this issue ASAP. Quick turnaround time and happy about it! Thank you!
