Ted's Cigars review for PC ‑ Custom Product Options

Had a great customer service experience today. We just upgraded our theme and had an issue with the Product Options & Customizer app which we've been using for several years now. Opened the chat on their site and they had it solved for us in 5 minutes. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks. Update: had another small issue today and once again, 5 minutes and all fixed.
