Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I show that you emailed us on July 17th asking for help - just before the weekend unfortunately. On July 20th our agent Daniel was actively looking into your issue (and you were kind enough to follow up with us by email that same day). Daniel then continued to look into it on the 21st and was a bit stumped. So I emailed you on the 22nd letting you know we were actively looking into it and promised you a response that night from our best tech agent. On the 23rd we each exchanged emails and Daniel's last reply to you is that perhaps you were looking at a different store of yours than the one we had been working on... because he had fixed your issue at that point. His last email to you was: Hello again, Are we looking at the same shop? (link) See attached image... Regards, Daniel And we have not received a reply from you since then... please let us know if you still have concerns or issues here, we really want to make sure things are the way you need them to be now.
