Hawkins Woodshop review for Product Options & Customizer

Hello friends from Hawkins Woodshop! Thanks so much for the message here. This is Sean, the Customer Success Manager with Product Customizer. As soon as this came to my attention (the next morning), we took several actions to make it right. Got our best tech guys looking at this, including myself later that evening. It seems that several pieces of redundant code in multiple theme files had added ended up causing a sort of "terminal code loop" - and as soon as the redundant code snippets were removed, the problem was solved. The store still has our app, multiple products are customized and are working as expected. I also immediately made this store "free for life" with our app because of this alarming issue, with our quick and sincerest apologies. We would love it if you all felt we deserved a couple more stars at this point -- we certainly worked as hard and as fast as we could to rectify this issue with all the tools and techs at our disposal.
