Deepanjoy spent a significant amount of time fixing the options and logic on one of my products. He quickly found a solution and then added it to my remaining products. I found him friendly, helpful and all my issues were resolves quickly. Fantastic customer service and great product that is capable of dealing with extremely complicated product options.
