easy and simple to use. I did need a little help because i had multi layer selections, and went right to the chat and within 10 minutes I had what I needed! Great customer service!

This app was exactly what I was looking for to get all of my custom product varriants into my store! The backend of the app is super is to use and straight forward as well. Also their support is unmatched! I booked a zoom call with (Deep) and he helped me implant all of my custom tweaks that I needed preformed in 24 hours. Company and staff are 10/10! Thank you Deep and Product Customizer for being awesome! lol Deep is 10/10!

Product Customizer is the best customization app on the market. Gives you complete creative control on how you want to customize products. Other apps had many limitations. Along with the support team, Aman is always an email away, response time is actually impressive. If you need help with anything he is always there to help

I got a bit screwed over by the shift away from “legacy” websites, but the customer service was super fast and helpful in fixing that. I tried a LOT of custom field apps before landing on this one, and it is by far the best. My products are unique so it is nice that I am able to name each field uniquely.

The app has really helped me simplify my products so I don't have to have a million Variants. Best of all during the set up process i had an issue and the chat support reached out right away, worked with me to get it fixed and even customized it more for me based on what i wanted. 10 out of 10 on customer support.

We are launching a new service and we needed to add the customer the possibility of typing in multiple fields easily. We were on a rush because we needed to show a draft at a meeting and their customer service specialist Aman was extremely helpful and build the whole thing for us in a few minutes. We are very impressed by the service and the app which works amazingly well. If you need to add custom options to your products, this is your app.
