04/06/24 Thank you Lasandra for your exceptional customer service. Everything is running smoothly now 03/06/25 PLEASE I NEED HELP ASAP All my personalized products don´t have the personalization options any more, although the app is installed (I´m on the Premium plan). I can´t reach any client support via chat. Please I need help asap 9/13/24 Shevaughn helpd me out finding out the source of the issue, everything is running smoothly. Thanks so much. 9/12/24 The page app disappeared in my shopify store, although the app is installed (I´m on the Premium plan). I can´t reach any client support via email. All of my customized products have their prices changed so now they cost thousands of euro. Please I need help asap Customer support chat is great, Aman helped me so much to have my customizations up and running!

I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my product customizer app on my website. The drop-down menus were not automatically populating the price of each item. Deep was very helpful to address the issue along with resolving the issue in less than 10 minutes. I will be sure to lean on the support of customer service hence forward if I encounter any further issues. Thank you.

This app has been crucial to how we operate. I have been using this app for around a year and the support is unmatched. I did have an issue with my coding at first and the team worked on the issue until they were able to fix it, any time since then that ive needed support they have always promptly handled the issue. I have never dealt with better customer service than these guys! They are awesome! rest assured if any issues arise for you, they will handle it and get the job done.
