We have been using Product Customizer for more years than I can remember. It has worked great and if we ever have a question or a problem they are quick to respond and help. I would recommend you give them a try!

I was struggling with getting the options setup properly so I reached out to their support. I was connected with Shevaughn within a few minutes. After gathering all the questions and getting the permissions set, we had everything up and running in about 30 minutes and the results were better than my wife and I could have imagined. Support is top notch and the product just works. This is an awesome app for adding customization options to your shop! Update: I have also worked with Aman and he went above and beyond what was expected! Superior service! Thank you!

I've tried quite a few of customizer apps over the years and this is my favorite to date based on options and price. Set up is quick and easy and the customer services is great as well.

Just downloaded the app and on their trial and ran into an issue related to the customized option pricing not appearing in the cart. Reached out to their support and got a response back very quickly. Shevaughn helped me and was able to help me immediately as well as answered some of the questions I had. Incredible helpful and friendly! Thanks for the help Shevaughn! :) Very pleased with the app.

The app has helped me include variations to my products that i otherwise couldn't have. The support is very good, in particular a support technician named Aman, he has very good knowledge and helped me massively!
